Como foi esse per\u00edodo de home office para a DZ?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R: O trabalho remoto trouxe pontos positivos para muita gente, como o aumento da concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, o ganho de tempo sem o deslocamento at\u00e9 a ag\u00eancia e a possibilidade de encaixar outras atividades pessoais na rotina. Mas tamb\u00e9m trouxe alguns malef\u00edcios, e o principal deles \u00e9 a estafa mental, j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 um momento de desconex\u00e3o entre casa e trabalho. Al\u00e9m disso, para n\u00f3s que trabalhamos com processos criativos, a troca interpessoal \u00e9 muito importante e nos faz falta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P: Os desafios do trabalho remoto e gest\u00e3o de equipes \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia j\u00e1 foram bastante debatidos. Agora as discuss\u00f5es est\u00e3o voltadas ao retorno ao escrit\u00f3rio, modelos h\u00edbridos etc. Como voc\u00eas t\u00eam planejado estes novos modelos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R: Durante os \u00faltimos 6 meses, cocriamos junto com a equipe, realizando grupos focais, question\u00e1rios e processos criativos facilitados, o nosso novo modelo de trabalho. Chegamos \u00e0 conclus\u00e3o que o ideal seria aproveitar o melhor dos dois cen\u00e1rios: remoto e presencial. Definimos o modelo 60\/40, ou seja, recomendamos que cada colaborador trabalhe presencialmente duas vezes por semana na ag\u00eancia e os demais dias em casa. \u00c9 uma recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o, pois entendemos que algumas pessoas podem preferir trabalhar 100% remoto ou 100% presencial, mas na m\u00e9dia queremos atingir a propor\u00e7\u00e3o 60\/40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agora, em que o momento de iniciarmos as atividades na sede da ag\u00eancia se aproxima [programado para novembro de 2021], estamos fazendo conversas individuais com todos os colaboradores para entender as particularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P: Quais s\u00e3o as principais dificuldades que voc\u00eas antecipam e como contorn\u00e1-las?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R: Uma grande dificuldade \u00e9 como orquestrar as agendas dos times para que eles tenham autonomia de escolher os dias e local de trabalho e, ao mesmo tempo, estejam juntos quando estiverem na ag\u00eancia. Para resolver isso, cada squad ter\u00e1 um dia fixo de trabalho na ag\u00eancia, onde ser\u00e3o realizadas as reuni\u00f5es e alinhamentos, e o segundo dia ser\u00e1 escolhido individualmente por cada colaborador. Para que haja um equil\u00edbrio de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o na sede, quando o colaborador for trabalhar presencialmente dever\u00e1 fazer o agendamento de uma mesa atrav\u00e9s de um app. O mesmo app permite ainda que se veja quem estar\u00e1 na ag\u00eancia naquele dia e em qual mesa, aproximando fisicamente as pessoas de uma mesma equipe ou departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P: Quais mudan\u00e7as est\u00e3o previstas na sede da DZ para este novo momento?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R: Durante a pandemia, deixamos nossa antiga sede e nos \u00faltimos meses estamos preparando o novo escrit\u00f3rio da DZ. Como j\u00e1 sab\u00edamos que ir\u00edamos adotar o modelo h\u00edbrido, todo o projeto arquitet\u00f4nico e mesmo a escolha do endere\u00e7o j\u00e1 foram pensados neste contexto. O novo escrit\u00f3rio da DZ ficar\u00e1 dentro do parque tecnol\u00f3gico da Unisinos Porto Alegre, um espa\u00e7o que oferece muitas \u00e1reas verdes e ambientes ao ar livre, al\u00e9m de estar conectado com a Universidade e outras empresas de tecnologia e criatividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O projeto arquitet\u00f4nico tamb\u00e9m contempla solu\u00e7\u00f5es que atendem ao modelo h\u00edbrido. Priorizamos as salas de reuni\u00f5es, cabines para calls e lounges para conversas. As esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho s\u00e3o em n\u00famero inferior ao atual n\u00famero de colaboradores da DZ (70) pensando justamente no compartilhamento de espa\u00e7os. Outra mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 o fim de salas individuais, colocando gestores e equipe lado a lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P: O modelo de trabalho remoto derrubou barreiras geogr\u00e1ficas, tanto nos aspectos comerciais, quanto de recrutamento. A retomada ao ambiente f\u00edsico traz de volta barreiras geogr\u00e1ficas ou isso ficou no passado de vez?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R: Acredito que tenha ficado para tr\u00e1s. Hoje em nossa equipe temos pessoas que est\u00e3o morando em diferentes estados do Brasil e agora com a retomada elas seguir\u00e3o de l\u00e1. Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos clientes, a carteira da DZ \u00e9 composta prioritariamente por marcas que t\u00eam como sede a cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo. O que deve mudar, no entanto, \u00e9 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de viagens para reuni\u00f5es presenciais, visto que as reuni\u00f5es online funcionam super bem e geram economia de tempo e dinheiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P: O que voc\u00ea espera para a DZ em 2022?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R: Para 2022 espero ver a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do modelo h\u00edbrido, mantendo a nossa cultura e nossa ess\u00eancia de cuidado com o colaborador. Com certeza ir\u00e3o surgir dificuldades, mas da mesma forma que lidamos bem com a for\u00e7ada ado\u00e7\u00e3o do home-office em mar\u00e7o de 2020, iremos dar conta do recado. Vejo a DZ se tornando cada dia menos material, no sentido f\u00edsico da coisa.
